Sponsor Guidelines
Want real results? Start by being a solid brand to work with. These are the ground rules that keep ByteBid safe, fair, and creator-first.
Be Clear About Expectations
Provide a solid brief. Let creators know what you want — format, tone, timeline, and deliverables. No guesswork, no chaos.
Target the Right Creators
Don’t mass post. Use specific tags that align with your niche. Precision brings better results than reach.
Communicate Like a Human
Respect their time. Respond to bids, give updates, and decline politely. Ghosting is not a vibe — we track it.
Pay Fairly, Pay On Time
Reels, shorts, long-form — they all take work. Match your budget to your ask, and pay as promised. ByteBid is not a ‘free exposure’ zone.
Respect Creative Freedom
You came to them for their voice — don’t mute it. Share your goals, not a script. Let them tell your story authentically.
Review = One Round Only
If you need approval before posting, cool. Just make that clear in your gig. And don’t turn a collab into a full-blown ad agency job.
Be Transparent, Stay Legal
All sponsored content should follow FTC and local guidelines. Disclosure isn't optional — it's protection for both sides.
Hard No's
No fake reviews, no unpaid ‘test gigs’, no NSFW, hate, or misinformation. Break the rules and you're off ByteBid — no second chances.
